Masterclass and 2-Day Youth Camp in Austin, TX
Olympians Lee Kiefer and Gerek Meinhardt are heading to Austin, Texas, this April to run a 13+ masterclass and a 2-day youth camp at Altius Fencing Academy, recently founded by Coach Ben Parkins.
Both the masterclass and 2-day youth camp will consist of warm up, footwork, drills, situational bouting, a champion mindset talk, and a question and answer session. The two days of youth camp will build upon each other with different focuses.
Session Times and Requirements: These masterclasses are intended for experienced foil fencers, with a requirement of at least one year fencing experience. Age and experience requirements will be verified and enforced, so please make sure to register for the appropriate session.
Masterclass: 13-and-above including Senior and Veteran Fencers
Saturday, April 4th from 9am - 12pm
2-day Youth Camp: 8-to-12 year olds
Day 1: Saturday, April 4th from 2pm - 5pm
Day 2: Sunday, April 5th from 9am - 12pm

Chicago Foil Masterclasses in Park Ridge, IL
Olympians Lee Kiefer and Gerek Meinhardt will be running two foil masterclasses at the Fencing Center of Chicago this April. The masterclasses will be intensive three-hour sessions focusing on important concepts that fencers can take away and continue working on at their respective clubs. The structure will include warm ups, footwork, drills, situational bouting, champion mindset talk, and a question and answer session.

8-to-12 year olds: Sunday, April 12th from 10am - 1pm
13-and-above including Senior and Veteran fencers: Sunday, April 12th from 2pm - 5pm

Forte Village 2026 Elite Foil Camp
Join us for a week-long opportunity to grow your fencing with Lee and Gerek while creating a memorable family vacation at the world renown Forte Village.
The most decorated fencer in history, Italy’s Valentina Vezzali, will be giving private lessons to campers.

Pre-season Intensive Foil Camps at Bluegrass Fencers’ Club
Join Olympic medalists Lee Kiefer and Gerek Meinhardt at their home club to get ready for the 2026 - 2027 fencing season. They will be hosting two camps over the 8/14 and 8/21 weekends which will be divided by rating, so please pay close attention to the session requirements below.
August 14th Advanced Camp: D and above rated fencers.
Friday 8/14, 4pm - 8pm
Saturday 8/15, 9am - 4pm
Sunday 8/16, 9am - 1pm
August 21st Intermediate Camp: E and U rated fencers with 1.5+ years experience. Must be 9-years or older; all ages including Senior and Veteran fencers are welcome with fencers split into age-appropriate groups for certain activities.
Friday 8/21, 4pm - 8pm
Saturday 8/22, 9am - 4pm
Sunday 8/23, 9am - 1pm
Private Lessons: A limited number of private lessons with Hall of Fame coach Amgad Khazbak may be available with priority based on registration date, but will be confirmed closer to the event.
Additional Training Opportunity: Campers on either weekend will also have the opportunity to join the normal Bluegrass Fencers' Club 4pm class and 5pm - 8pm open bouting on Sunday. No advance registration is necessary for this, and fees will be paid directly to Bluegrass Fencers' Club that day ($30 for class and $20 floor fee for open bouting).
Single Session Registration: If you have a conflict with one of the sessions but would still like to attend certain portions of the camp, please email us at kmfencingcontact@gmail.com and we will do our best to accommodate you. Priority will be given to full camp registrants.

Loyalty Discount: Returning 2025 Pre-season Intensive Foil Camp participants and KM Fencing virtual mentoring clients will be locked in at the discounted price regardless of date of registration. To claim this discount after the March 1st early bird deadline, please email us at kmfencingcontact@gmail.com to receive an adjusted registration form.
